Financial arrangements
We process most insurance claims. To save you time we do not require
a form. Just bring a copy of your insurance card with your company's
address and phone number. We'll do the rest.
To make your dental
care even more affordable, we offer a 5% cash discount, and accept
Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. We
also offer an alternative financing plan through an outside agency.
