Dentist-supervised at-home tooth whitening systems use custom made bleaching trays that are created to fit the contours of your teeth. The patient applies the bleaching agent into the trays and wears the trays for a certain amount of time as recommended by the dentist. These systems can be highly effective if used correctly, but it typically takes longer to see the final results.
